I would rather have a bet on a maiden plate where all the runners have exposed form than have a bet on a race like this where fitness levels are an unknown quantity. I hate hearing a trainer say that a horse is having a prep run. No matter my negativity, I agree that race 6 on 16 April is a hot pinnacle stakes. I will be watching without having a bet.

Would agree except that although most will be having a prep, there is no doubt that a number of the sprinters here will be ready for this, and some will be trying to make sure they qualify for the Tsogo.
