obviously no one would pay this up front without proper paperwork etc. this was a shot across the bow. We have sold 7 shares and will race ourselves the remaining as and when the time comes.

I am entitled to come on here or anywhere and make an offer. until the paperwork is signed and the deal fully disclosed to the purchaser one can say they think its lob sided or slightly over valued or priced. BUT to say its daylight robbery is a bit much. Especially coming from a licensed Turf club representative.

Ill deal with Mr Zietsman in the morning. For now I'm off to 5 guys next to the Hilton in marina Walk for a cheese burger and some chips.

The only problem this website is a forum and if you post something you can give your views. If you ignore this particular post it becomes a free advertisement.

Its like buying an app from the app store on your mobile. Others people that have purchased the app will sometimes write a review and then its up to the individual to see if its worth buying it....
