Jurgs wrote: I was told by an impeccable source that several months ago a quiet word was had with Deez by senior tellytrack management telling him that he cannot tip horses to punters and then back another horse. Apparently he took heed of these instructions. It is a pity that he had to be told the difference between right and wrong. His moral compass should have known better.

I wonder how many of the tellytrack presenters tip one thing and back another? These tipsters usually have an account with the tote and bettingworld. It would be nice if their employers did spot checks on their bets.

Lionel if you suggest that the above is a character assassination, insult etc then you should become a claims lawyer. You won't have to bother with trying to back favourites anymore and you could even watch your beloved team every week arriving on your private jet

PS if it were then don't you think that ABC would have deleted the post already.

Chicken, what would you call it if someone claims that you are deliberately misleading people? The allegation was that the presenter was suggesting horse A to the listeners, but backing horse B for himself. The misconduct was to such an extent that senior management had to have a quiet word with him

No need to be a lawyer to see the insinuation here....just need to have common sense

The whole thing is true.
This sad story is relatively old news to those in the know.
It seems from the comments on this subject that many were unaware.
Ask Mr Dayanand and Mr Scott to confirm. This should put the matter to rest.

One of the current Tellytrack presenters had his licence cancelled for betting while holding a position which he was not allowed to punt at one of the old Transvaal racing clubs and got a suspended fine has well. Life goes on it seems....

Think he has been his agent for a while. Not sure I like to listen as I feel he is sometimes biased in his previews. Especially when Delpech is on.
