Place betting odds

So I am looking at place betting odds and on Hollywood a place bet for Yess Race 3 Greyville 20/08/2017 gives you 2/10 but I look at befair365 overseas is offering 116/100 how does that work?

You can't take a stright fixed odds place bet. It has to be each way.

2/10 works out about the same

to take the each way bet you must also take 100 a win

From what I can see Hollywood does not offer an eachway bet

how does it work out the same to get R2 you must spend R10 doesn't make sense
