Please note in USA racing if you take a Pick 3 and a horse scratched before the start of any race you are entitled to a full refund on the scratching. If the horse gets withdrawn prior to the race time then you get consolation dividends provided you have the other two winners. On Friday night Hollywood never update the scratchings for USA.
