An observation from Parx last night

Whilst watching Parx as a filler in between the segments of Winning Ways the last race was declared null and void because of safety reasons as a jockey fell. With no disrespect to the fall the jock fell off a horse who was towards the rear of the field and he fell on the outside of the field. His horse may have impeded the trailer. Wow, "safety reasons". In SA I have seen falls many, many times more serious that at Parx last night without any consideration to call off a race due to safety reasons but for the "rub of the green". I'm sure it will be very possible for Phum to have a legal case against them one day.

I say this only as an armchair punter.
