Do you have the historical database or have to input manually from official sources

Quoting David
"Basically ABC "we " unjust and complainers "
As I have said on numerous occasions "we" are owners, trainers, punters etc
The "we" are not members of a secret Clan.
This is an open platform to voice opinions and complaints to hopefully be resolved.
The complaints are from "your" potential or current clients.
"You" are being spoon fed on where "your" customers concerns lie.
If "you" choose to ignore rather than fix, it is no concern of this platform.
It would also appear that the latest concern re Mr Jooste is totally ignored as it may have a negative influence on racing, so let's pretend it's not actually happening.
Good punting

Very well/nicely put MrA and Adams. As has already being posted, imo the posts ( and thread of the year.
).
I was in business for well over 45 years. ( Big corporate) as well as working voluntarily for a medium sized charity. The one thing I found out was that if you are not at the top of the tree, the people will not listen/entertain you because they do not think any body under them can offer a solution/idea/ suggestion. This is a very South African male dominated thing (when I worked in UK many years ago I found management were prepared to at least discuss/listen. Maybe that's also changed now?!). Management have this false belief that cannot be wrong if they make a decision. If they do agree with something, the say something will be done. 1. They run to their management with your idea and claim the praise if its acceptable. 2. They just ignore and do nothing.
