1 when do they happen (typically)?
2 is there a website?
3 is the program of races available on the net?

Nominations for Saturday/Sunday meeting, the previous Friday (7days prior), displayed around 14h00. Scratchings done the Tuesday before the meet, also available on that site around or just after 14h00.

Nominations for Thursday (Vaal) meetings done the Monday (10 days prior) for the following Thursday. Scratchings done the Thursday (a week prior to the meet), also displayed between around 14h00 or shortly thereafter.
