It has been confirmed that to ensure no devices get dislodged in the future during a race, they will now staple them to the horses right ear just before the race.
it is believed that the quality of the staples will make up for the problems experienced in testing.
the stapling process was tested on a few jockeys ears but found them to be quite sensitive to the staples and thus the decision to use the horses ear.
