Tote Inconsistency WRT pre race scratchings

.....was only refunded after the jump....some times the refund is immediate as the scratching is declared....then sometimes refund only after all clear pay out....surely the very instance the horse is removed from the pool there should be an automatic refund to bets where a full refund is due
like win place and exotic banker...... :huh:

....here we go again...this time I had to call the tote to cancel bets because my last shekels are tied up with the scratching....left one bet standing to see if a refund is done before the jump this time..... :dry:

....well at least they are consistent today .....refund again after the jump....what good is that....the online punter with a pre race scratching..... has to call in to get back on..... :S
