We have been missing the part as it is not on the online version and only in the Catelogue.

Interesting times - Greed can destroy anyone. Lets see how they pull it off.

There were never 270 buyers @ R100k or more there today so who knows where the R27 Mill is going tom come form on Day one . I spoke to many trainers , many with large lists , saw some HK buyers , but all the trainers said the same thing "Got no buyers " .

The breeders had to nominate and pay an additional charge so I understand to be put onto the select part , then an inspector would score the horses accordingly . Did I see 350 or so perfect horses no I did not . Good luck to them, I have a short list of 5 for a client and will be lucky to get one .

i can almost guarantee that the lots will be sold

you see its the only business in the world where smoke up ones arse blowing is a full time function.

i mean i bought my missus a land rover discovery sport the other day but frankly i don't force seeing the salmon ever again or indeed blowing smoke up his arse

but hell when it comes to sa racing then its different... there is so much bilateral praise its scary

so it would not surprise me at all if the sales happen and all 230 are sold.

then the micro deals can start....

what should happen is every owner in SA should abstain from 1 single bid for the 1st 230 lots and then see how the cookie crumbles.....

Easy the breeders as I say have to prop sales prices up..they have bonds, staff and creditors to pay..banks are involved but cash flow is king to the banks.

no Oscar they don't they can buy a KFC franchise.......no one has to do anything.

its a tough game we all know this and times are tough but this kind of thing is counter intuitive to ultimate success. You don't piss off potential clients.

and especially when i can almost confirm the best horse to come from this sale will probably cost 40 or 50 k
