Turfontein looks like a scrap yard. Disgusting

i took a few hours off from a busy schedule to try unwind. My fav way of unwinding is watching horses and having a few winning bets.
Dragged myself to Turfontein. Thought i would sit in the Elevation room but they dont plugs for a laptop so sat in the Furious room who do have extra plugs for a laptop.

I came thru the TURF road entrance/Front Gate i guess.
I will ignore the Precast wall which looks about to collapse in most places as this may be the JHB councils fault.
Thru the booms to the left i was directed. on the right is a grave yard of heavy machinery.
i have not seen so much scrap except at a scrap yard.
The road has no marking including the speed bumps.
signage non existent.
On the left is more scrap and debris. The road/parking lot resembles Ramaala after an ISIS attack.
Inside is a little better . i think they even painted the floor. a weird POOP color.
Luckily the restaurants seem to be holding up for now.
anyways i lost money so maybe thats why i am grumpy.

Sly wherever there is a monopoly there is a lack of re-investment for the long term, its all short term.

I'd ony like to ask one question to the major shareholders - They bought shares in Phum but what did they put in other than that as Racing lost assets and market share and they kept getting dividends - Was their buy in used to purchase anything for racing because all I see is things being sold and neglected
