The only time we enjoyed racing at the Vaal on a Saturday (twice a week already an overkill) were the Emerald Cup meetings but that is history and this is dour

......although the beef was in bigger demand.....I went for the chicken....and was happy with my choice because the beef was a little over cooked.....

I agree with you Sylvester, these were two average horses, they don't really compare to match races of Senor Santa vs Northern Princess (Howes vs Roberts). Bit of a farce in my opinion !!!
