Telkomsa email problem

It took me a couple of days to establish they have email problem nationwide
Must say they can also give Eskom a run for their money as far as efficiency

My friend got "hacked""via her WIFI router and asked me to assist her in changing passwords etc, I spent over 6 hours in total(over two days), with numerous Telkom operators on the "help line" trying to rectify the problem. I either got the call dropped half way through or was given different advice by each "'expert'" I spoke to.

If my "'friend"' wasn't so hot I would have thrown in the towel after 5 minutes;)
