Condition of the tracks maybe????

Any owner with a half decent colt from gauteng should have a go at features or even handicaps as they are a strong crop...rocky night just confirmed their strength in a handicap...fillies I would be wary as the Cape group look good...a horse like atyaab could go into the July with a fair chance

Mike closed his satellite yard in KZN which would have impacted the amount of runners as well. I am sure Mike is planning on taking Hawwaam and Soqrat, possibly Barahin to race internationally and you cant blame him. Would just like to see them in the KZN Guineas & Daily News before they go.

To me the weights in the July are prohibitive for three year olds so I would put them into quarantine after the Daily News.

Dunno if he has the stock this year, but takes away from Champions season when he does not race there.
