Qmix updates

Is there any logical explanation as to why the Jpot Qmix tickets going forward / will pays very often do not get updated on Tabonline until after the event has come to a conclusion... Far to often one cannot track the remaining amount of tickets and will pays just before the last leg until the actual dividend has been declared... For example today, the first 2 legs have run, they are all clear and have been paid out... Yet there is still no activity on this bet... Not even updated after the first leg yet.... i would love to know...

I have asked this many times.Infact it puts me off from playing this bet.Even after the uk result has gone all clear they hardly ever update this bet.it makes me wonder sometimes what the real reason for them doing it like this.

Seemed fine for a couple days after posting... Thought the issue had been resolved.... My my did i think wrong..... Could we please get an explanation... They taking their cut... for what???? They not doing their job.....
