r6-fifty cents is a classy horse I will have a go and banker this one!!

r7 - Foreign source was eased at the line and was on poly seems better on grass and was closing in on hooves of troy so foreign source looks the right one also a possible banker

r8- very open the 1 horse and La roquette have nothing in this finished very close together on the same formline 1 is up 3kg and la roquette is up 4kg I cant back a horse that's up 4kg on the field I'm taking 18-1 on spring breeze yeni up on the bottom weight if you look in December this horse beat Cheynes horse by a legnth and is far better at the weights think it was cause and effect formline of I'm not mistaken drops in trip and mr and blinkers fitted !!

Nadine always goes to extra lengths for the punters.

BP : 9 x 3 x 1, 5, 3, 4 x 1, 5, 2 x 1, 3 x 1, 7 R48

PA : 3 x 1, 5, 3 x 1, 5, 2 x 1, 3 x 1, 7 x 2 x 4, 5, 1 R108

P6 : 1, 5, 3, 4 x 1, 5, 2, 3, 4 x 1, 3, 2, 4, 9 x 1, 7 x 2 x 4, 5, 1, 9 R800

JP : 1, 5, 2, 3, 4 x 1, 3, 2, 4, 9 x 1, 7, 2, 3, 6 x 2, 5, 9 R375

TRAINER COMMENTS :

RACE 1 :

1st four selections

9 / 2 / 13 / 1

GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 1, 10, 12 and 13 - CABALLE, POMODORO EXPRESS, RUSSIAN LADY & SISTER LEE : Caballe has her first run and if not too green can earn. Pomodoro Express and Russian Lady also have their first starts, they are expected to be green. Sister Lee has had two runs, she has gained experience and can be thereabouts.

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 7, 9 and 15 - MYTHICAL GIRL, PLACE DU MARCHE & TIBETAN

SUNRISE : Mythical Girl has two fair runs behind her. Place du Marche was green on debut and

very unlucky to just fail in her last. Both have a chance.

GRANT PADDOCK - Number 8 - ORLANDA : A better race is expected from her. She moved up to soon last time out and returned cut into, so she can do better.

SHARON KOTZEN - Number 3 - FEARLESS FAIRY : She ran a good race on the Poly in her last

and I’m hoping she can now reproduce that on turf as she is starting to come to hand.

MONTANNA TURNER (GEORGE UREN) - Number 5 - LAW AND ORDER : She has been unlucky

so far and working well we are hoping for a good run from her.

TARA LAING - Numbers 6 and 14 - LIQUID SUNSHINE & SPEECHMAKER : Liquid Sunshine is

working well and can place. Speechmaker is coming back from a break, she might need it but is

not without a chance.

RACE 2 :

1st four selections

3 / 2 / 1 / 8

SMITH - Numbers 3, 5 and 6 - BOLD STRIKE, FALLING FOR YOU & FIRST KNIGHT : Bold

Strike has been unlucky, the draw is a concern but he should be thereabouts again. Falling for

You will enjoy the trip. First Knight is expected to be green.

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 8 and 9 - GIACOMO & MIO GRANDE : Both fillies are improving with

each run and can earn.

SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 11 and 13 - ONLY IN MY DREAMS & ROCKING THE BLUES : I think

he may have choked up in his last so the tongue tie has been fitted. He also tries the blinkers

and is working well. Rocking the Blues is starting to mature, she does need much further but

has to work her way there and I am just hoping to see her run on late. Her work at home has

improved.

MONTANNA TURNER (GEORGE UREN) - Number 7 - FRED THE RED : He races off a break and

could need it.

RACE 3 :

1st four selections

1 / 5 / 3 / 4

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 1 and 9 - CIRENCESTER ROSE & JELLICOE AVENUE : Cirencester Rose

is holding form and in an open field should be thereabouts. Hoping for improvement from

Jellicoe Avenue.

GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 4, 5 and 7 - GINGER ROCK, RUBIX & SURPRISE APPROACH : Ginger

Rock can place. Rubix is always thereabouts and can also place. If Surprise Approach jumps on

Terms she can be thereabouts.

SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 8 and 10 - EASYBYFAR & MISSISIPI QUEEN : Easybyfar is improving

and I do think she will run well as she has been green in her starts so far. Missisipi Queen races

over 1400m again, her work has improved so I am hoping to see improvement from her too.

JACQUES STRYDOM - Numbers 11 and 12 - RED FOREST & TEQUILA MARIA : Red Forest has

come on and improvement is expected. Tequila Maria is trying the 1400m, this is more the trip

she is looking for and a better run is expected.

MONTANNA TURNER (GEORGE UREN) - Number 2 - SUZIE MAYWEATHER : The 1400m here

will be better for her, though ideally she is looking for even further. She ran on well in her last,

is doing well and could place.

DUNCAN MCKENZIE - Number 3 - AFRICAN DIAMOND : The draw is a concern, but I am hoping

she can earn a cheque.

RACE 4 :

1st four selections

1 / 5 / 2 / 3

ALAN GREEFF - Number 1 - ARABIAN DYNASTY : He was unlucky in his last and should be right there again.

SHARON KOTZEN - Numbers 2, 3 and 5 - SEEKING WISDOM, MULTI GOLD & ANGEL OF ATHENS : All three are in good form, are decent stayers and being honest, all will give of their best. Seeking Wisdom has done very well of late. Multi Gold was not suited at all by the pace of his last and there is not much between him and Seeking Wisdom. Angel of Athens has the weight advantage.

JACQUES STRYDOM - Number 4 - FRIKKIE : He took his run last week well. This is another prep run and he can be there.

GAVIN SMITH - Number 8 - SEATTLE SWING : He is coming back to best and can manage the back end of quartets.

RACE 5 :

1st four selections

1 / 3 / 2 / 4

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 3, 5 and 6 - HARD CORE, ALOYSIUS & OKLAHOMA SKY : Hard Core battled from a wide draw in his last. He is back to 1000m, it is a touch short but he is not without chance. Aloysius is in good form and can get involved. Oklahoma Sky always tries and could manage quartets.

• GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 4, 9 and 11 - ALAMITO BAY, ROYAL FORT & TOMMY THE BUILDER : Alamito Bay can run into the back end of quartets. Royal Fort is holding form and though back a furlong, should be thereabouts. Tommy the Builder won his last well, he takes on stronger and may prefer further though.

JACQUES STRYDOM - Numbers 7, 12, 13 and 15 - PEN-CHAN, RIBOVAR, KOBUS & SHADOW CATCHER : Pen-Chan has got to load before anything else, if he does he can earn. Ribovar needed his last and will improve. Kobus is working well and we are hoping for a better run from him. Shadow Catcher has his first run for the yard and it will be a learning curve,

TARA LAING - Numbers 8 and 10 - ADRIANO’S TRIUMPH & CAPTAIN MAROONED : Adriano’s Triumph is back off a break and could need it. Captain Marooned might find this a bit on the short side but he can run a place.

RACE 6 :

1st four selections

1 / 7 / 2 / 3

TARA LAING - Numbers 2 and 9 - AFRIKABURN & RED GRANITE : Afrikaburn ran a disappointing race in his last - it was on Poly and better is expected from him back on Turf. Red Granite is well weighted but she should need this.

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 3 and 4 - UNION JACK & STREAK OF SILVER : Both horses are always thereabouts and can get involved.

GAVIN SMITH - Number 6 - THE HIGHWAY MAN : He bumps a very competitive race but always tries hard.

GRANT PADDOCK - Number 10 - PROSPECT STRIKE : He is in strong company, possibly a bit outclassed, but he can run well if he puts his mind to it and could maybe place.

RACE 7 :

1st four selections

2 / 5 / 9 / 6

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 2 and 8 - FOREIGN SOURCE & SPIN MASTER : Foreign Source was actually very unlucky in the Nursery and with an advantage now at the weights as well, he is definitely a runner. Spin Master is up in class, but his maiden win was a decent one and he could have a chance at a cheque.

GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 3, 5 and 6 - GOLD DRAGON, HOOVES OF TROY & SIR CALEB : Gold Dragon won his one start so far well, he does take on stronger. Hooves of Troy has managed decent recent performances and has the weight to his advantage this time around. Sir Caleb ran out a good win in his last but does meet stronger.

TARA LAING - Number 9 - CAPTAIN ANNE BONNY : This is a tough race against some useful male opposition but she is not without chance.

RACE 8 :

1st four selections

4 / 5 / 1 / 9

ALAN GREEFF - Numbers 3, 4, 6, 8 and 10 - WATSONIA, DAME COMMANDER, STOPTHINKINGOFME, LIGHT ON HER TOES & ALPHABET STREET : Watsonia loves course and distance. Dame Commander was only touched off late in her last and is holding form well. Stopthinkingofme is always in the action. Light on her Toes has slid down the ratings. Alphabet Street improved well in her last. It’s an open line up and all have a chance at getting a look in, though stable elect is probably Dame Commander.

TARA LAING - Numbers 5, 7 and 13 - LA ROQUETTE, TRAVEL GUIDE & SAMBA WITH SUZIE : La Roqette needed her last and is expected to get closer. Both Travel Guide and Samba with Suzie will need their runs.

JACQUES STRYDOM - Number 15 - TREE OF LIFE : She prefers grass and can manage the back end of quartets.

GRANT PADDOCK - Number 17 - INTHEPURPLERAIN : She has the blinkers on and is working well. This could be a touch sharp but she will show improvement.

GAVIN SMITH - Numbers 1 and 11 - SMART SUZY & SPRING BREEZE : Smart Suzy tries hard, she is down in class, loves course and distance and can get involved. Improvement is expected from Spring Breeze.

DUNCAN MCKENZIE - Numbers 2, 12, 16 and 18 - READY SET GO, KEEPING SECRETS, BUSHY PARK & THE SMELL OF RAIN : Ready Set Go has her first run for the yard, she galloped well prepping for this and I am hoping for a good run. Keeping Secrets will enjoy be back on turf and she’ll get closer. Bushy Park is honest and will run well. The smell of Rain could find this a bit sharp, but she showed good improvement over this trip
