Larry RA CEO Moses Lead Independant Director Phumelela

I received a whatsapp photo yesterday that appears to be a list of directors of a Group of Companies. The 4 Directors listed are:

1. Moses Tembe with a Durban North Address
2. Larry Al Wainstein with a Bedfordview address
3. Nomakhosi Skoshana with a Khyber Rock address
4. Dr Dugmore Simosezwe Simphiwe Lushaba with a Northcliff address

I have no idea of the source but it looks pretty formal and clearly off an official register.

I have no idea which company this applies to and no idea of the age of this document.

What I do know, if these are the racing individuals we know, is that one is the Lead Independant Director of Phumelela, soon to be Chairman of Phumelela, and the other is Larry Wainstein the CEO of the Racing Association.

The question needing to be asked is obvious - what company is this, and what role does it play in racing if any?

Are Phumelela and the RA aware of this commercial partnership? Have the individuals declared their interests to both boards and is this documented?

I will add more at a later stage.

.....the other 2 names are even bigger hitters.....the lady is the ex-Corporate governance director of Vodacom but maybe a typo in the name but the address fits and Dr Dugmore is the chairman of SA Post office and a very high up government official.....

This could be the saviours of racing?
