TAB Customer (don't) Care

....did an early SID payment at 05h30 which failed to put funds in my account.....I filled in the online message and copy and pasted transaction reference....and went off to walk the dog as I could not fire on early Ozz fair....at 07h30
called customer care.....surprisingly someone answered but informed me she was not in banking after I gave all details she requested.....she took my number and said she would get banking people to call me when they come in....I reluctantly did another transfer which worked and started the Ozz churn over....at 10 am I still had tom churning but did not know if my lost deposit was paid...so I call them again.....they inform me that they got no messages as the online message system is not working....:S ...where have I heard that line before..:huh: .oh every time a Phum department f@ck @p.....:ohmy:

....does anyone know how much these fools spend on IT .....and who do they pay to get systems that never seem to work.....ever....:huh:

i see there is no BIPOT TODAY. The pool on TAB ONLINE shows zero as of 11:30 am
