.....still not a peep from them.....yet their adverting dollars are repeatedly hogging the TT channel.... so what a waste you have us fish keen for your bait.... yet we cant seem to be reeled in.....absolutely pathetic....so like Hollywood they seem to be on Holiday.....well I'm off to WSB Brazzaville the only shop in the area where I can drain my weekend winnings thanks to Lyle and that mediocre HK Frankel......:lol:

.....this again is my major peeve....go spend big airtime on a major advertising campaign and have no one to capture the applications.....and this is what I find very wasteful.....also let your patrons know by advertising that you are closing branches for refurbishments.....

After many years/ just recently, BW The Club at Greyville - has made wifi available for free. Why does it choose to restrict access to Hollywoodbets site? (not sure about other sites). Hollywoodbets doesn't restrict BW or any comptetitor site.

Is this just a lousy "scarcity mentality" for competing in the sportsbetting space?

Sadly, it doesn't bode well for "good" values.

(Well done HW on your lack of fear for competition?)

You are right. Their turf, their rules, their choice.

What they can't choose however, is how a customer's opinion. And mine is BW chooses a defensive strategy - and exposes itself to being trivial, feable and on the backfoot.

.....2 weeks before they closed the Buzz.....I was there..... and besides several TV's and the aircon not working....I was told that the free Wi-Fi was for Elite or VIP punters.....at no time did the staff indicate that the branch was due to close and they may have been oblivious that it was so.....maybe this is why there were no advertising or notices as the staff there may also have got a big surprise..... unpaid Christmas leave......

.....needed to make an urgent cash withdrawal.....the JP money is still rolling in.....so went by the BUZZ.....no TAB nor an empty space either....WTF they said they were renovating......Derek Orb @Kyalami also gone.....so all the way to WSB Brazzaville.....tote section still going strong.....soccer and numbers seem to be suffering.....
