Betting World has no Buzz

......so where to now...they are closed from the beginning of this month for renovations ..so where are their VIP customers supposed to go to turn over that fat R60K per month....down to Cape Town bru....well not all of us are in that VIP status and afford a flit down to Seapoint....and I have been snubbed plenty by that outfit....but this takes the cake.....they now are offering free online local Computaforms for online members....so I try open an online account.....fill in the submission form and NADA it dont work.....I do not get an e-mail nor an SMS...IT problems seem to plague this whole bunch.....:whistle:

Try live chat on their website, might get a quicker response

....thanx but driving around looking for a TAB or Betting World branch has shot my bolt.....came right at WSB in Brazzaville(ex-Banbury Cross).....saw all the mugs from the Buzz there.....wonder if they will ever get them back to the Buzz again.....as for the free Computaform.....have another angle.....who needs BW.....they have always sucked....:ohmy:

Have to agree with you. I used to go to the branch physically, but there is no dedicated queue for horseracing. To take a bet, I need to follow a queue of 30 soccer/numbers punters who play R6 a time and most who dont even know how to mark a soccer ticket. You can only imagine the fiasco and the screaming through the glass windows.

I stopped going into their branches as it is one big administrative mess! Most staff also appear untrained and dont know what a "Place" bet is.

Just stick to WSB online - they are really the best in my honest opinion.

....must say that that WSB Brazzaville branch really pumps.....they open way before 9 AM and you can withdraw or deposit at their TAB terminal from 9AM every day of the week....however although the staff are courteous and very helpful many are very new and seem to be still in training.....hanging about and trying to bet from there is not my cup of tea either as it tends to get noisy and many are shouting or talking rather loudly during races so one has no clue of what is happening in a race with the drowned out commentaries.....but they are way ahead of any local TAB or Betting World branches that are still around and still in need of refurbishment......should they now dolly up the Buzz to attract punters back it may be a little too late.....besides the location is a ball buster to get to as ''''''one has to try navigate past the Fourways Mall traffic coming from the east on Witkoppen or worse coming down William Nicole from the N2 which is never really traffic free no matter what day of the week....best to stay in the comfort of one's home.... I have ever since Sheiks Palace booted Highveld Racing.... .

.....so will have to continue to support TAB Online......hey I tried to branch out to a bookie.....but it was not meant to be.....can also still play fixed odds multiples with TAB too.....:whistle:

Thought I would try Betontab - tried to register - tells me I already have an account (possibly from ages ago) - tried the chat box - when I clicked Submit, it just went away; when I tried the 'Forgotten Pin' - it told me my request was submitted - this was 9:00 this morning .... still waiting.

Betting is becoming a pain - on WSB they don't provide an option (anymore) to take doubles and Pick 3s, Gbets finally quit on providing racing markets - will have to find another option

Just got a reply Account is dormant - need to re-FICA - but I thought I sent the docs when I tried to register - but that obviously does not count - will try again ....
