You know a friend of mine owns one of the bigger bottle stores in pretoria won't name the place but he told me the only time he made money really in the last year and a bit was when the bottle stores were completely shut and he sold illegal booze the rest of the time he is just breaking even. How can that be ok

Then he told me when the smoking ban was lifted and he could start ordering sigaretts again bat couldn't supply the first few weeks so that means they also sold their stock illegally wtf is going on here

Mossel that is the nature of the society we live in.
If you try to do anything via the correct system
E.g traffic dept, home affairs, electricity....
You are greeted by red tape and obnoxious staff.

Back door is the only way to go to have anything done without stress at an inflated cost.

It's now the culture that the current leaders have created.

Dave that's the only way you get things done here sad but true. Does anyone on this site know what the figures are in terms of what the casinos lost and are still losing with this on going curfews and lockdowns and social distancing and all. I think it it is astronomical the sums. If anyone know pls post

And yes Mr Dave we sold one of our houses in the pta moot area to be precise 18th Ave rietfontein it took us 4 months to sort the water and electricity certificate out from the department they were their 6 times its crazy what are these okes doing they can't even figure that out atleast it's sold now
