Pilot Fish - Didn't like the blinkers and played up before the race. Ran like a scalded cat for the first 600m then dropped out.

Kellahur - Bad draw, hit the front and looked a champion first 600m then problem with breathing recurred and dropped out. Will need to operate or retire.

Pericles - Bad draw, running on at end.

Fair Brutus - Hit front approx 200m out then started looking for other horses. Good run under the weight first time over the distance

Turbin - Another shit draw, hit front but started hanging out. Need to look at her mouth.


Hope the nags treated you better. Woke up this morning and the dogs left 2 big shits at the side of the bed. Just about sums the day up as far as horses were concerned but enjoyed the day with good company.

Mark is this not a term of endearment from the dogs? maybe they know its your birthday?
If you can vacum pack, I can take back as biltong.
