is it just a perception or are the number of race meeting not reflective of where the horse racing population is based.

if the operators firstly cut the stake checks, then they reduce the number of meetings for ur horse to compete, WHY would u as an owner persevere ???

also heard nothing further on the predatory communication withe regards the Owners annual fees.
and the breaking up of the Veterinary cabal monopoly??

when are owners goign to get a bite of the cherry??
