Did a OZOW deposit 30 minutes ago. money went off my account successfully but the funds don't reflect in the account. After 30 mins, I eventually got through telephonically and was told by your call center agent that it takes 24 Hours to reflect??? OZOW?? 24 hours to reflect??? Please help!!!

How do you even run a business like this?!!!

Exactly same experience. Used both pay fast and zapper, like I have done a million times before and still nothing reflects. As is the norm for Hollywood you cannot reach anyone to query it as they operate till 5pm. Great customer service once again

Pretty simple - account CLOSED! What a circus!

Bob, close this thread please. I'm done for good! Apparently they have expanded to the UK. They cant even service the locals but have now gone abroad.

Same thing happened to me 30 minutes ago.

I contacted their deposits through the website contact us.

From your bank statement a deposit reference and through which bank it went through will show up. Send them that details, mines went through FNB. They credited my account.

Their 'new' live-in-play is the worst thing I've seen in a while.

Not user-friendly and a mess.

Tried to play some live rugby and tennis.
Won't be doing that again...

Richard Fourie is the greatest...
