Could SA not select one of the players playing in county cricket other than Philander to replace Smith? He has clearly demonstrated that he is not of International standard. Kallis looks as if he was locked in the local Burger King for a week.

I have to agree. We seriously need to look at bringing in some fresh faces and moving a few of the older guys along. A series whitewash by the Poms is unthinkable but looks a certainty at the moment. Kallis looks like he doesnt want to be there. Get someone like AB to be captain.

agreed mori, I think Kallis got paid so much for that Indian set up, his mind is not focused on the game.... & agreed he looks like he's spent the last 21 days at Mcdonalds, day in and day out !

He's not as fat as Boucher - serious T+A on that one !

For a decade Kallis has heroically propped up our often brittle batting.

Team has not been advised that they are playing a tri series in SA against Sub continent teams that is already being reported in the media.

Cant play sub standard players against top teams.

Rather have a parallel SA dev team playing against weaker teams like Bagledesh/Kenya/ Ireland etc. with these player that may have potential but need experience,

Dev dont mean Black or white it mean development of young player with potential.

.But what a fantastic performance on Saturday. Must be one of the best attacking,running rugby match I have viewed in a long time.
