That about sums it up.... I've been saying it for years CPT really put on a better show ON FEATURE DAYS, & they look after their customers (albeit at a cost )
Dave what did your mates pay on the day p.p. ..... for the racing experience ??

To be honest Elvis no idea and they certainly don't skimp on anything including punts, drinks, tips etc
All they expect is proper service.

In keeping with being called a keyboard warrior for over a decade now and being one of the anti RA (ROA) for over 20 years now I am going to keep that trend going and not write this on my Facebook page or or newsletter.
Money Heist ran in The Cape Guineas ( Under Mr Bortz's Rule)
We arrived on course and were escorted to our reserved table for 10. Food was spectacular and drinks were very fairly priced. Anyone with a runner in the race was invited into the lounge. Must have been over 150 people there.
AMAZING
Billy Bowlegs and Money Heist run in the classic....
I get an email from somebody at turfies offering me a seat at a table in the elevation room.
How many I ask
2
But we a syndicate
Yes you can purchase more
How much ( expecting it to be thousands)
R400 each BUT if you a RA member then its less
R400 I thought you were going to say R4000 with champagne poured over columbian virgins thighs
They are inept, they are so stooooopid that they can't see that looking after us owners actually does not cost too much.
BUT the un4tunate team at 4gone racing really don't have any customer skills and I see another business rescue on the horizon.....

What happened to William and Scott? Fantastic guys who week after week put on a great spread at a very reasonable price.
Who replaces them and who are they related to?
Kalvins bar was an institution at Turfies. Sadly he is no longer with us. Who runs this bar now and who are they related to?
The answers to my two questions will show you the difference between the two operators and explain why one is thriving and the other sinking.

Hi Sly and thanks again
We can always play with numbers and we know it's expensive to own horses and people have different priorities, especially in SA
Not sure where these massive syndicates are shown in the numbers and probably fall under the syndicate name as one entry?
So get the impression that there are plenty new individuals being exposed to the game that does not reflect in the numbers...?
Easy has introduced many 👌 at a small entry level

Sign of the times I'm afraid - amazing imo that the numbers actually increased by 250+ between March and June - maybe next year we see an increase ?
