DOES THIS BETTING SYSTEM HAVE MERIT?

My betting partner has made me aware of this horse betting system, 9 FROM 10, posted recently as a video on the YouTube channel The Horse Whisperer. The video is quite funky and the content interesting, but is there merit in the system?

IMO the only betting system that works, is studying form and unit stake bank management..

the day you find a "system", a "tipster" or anything else that beats the 115% the bookies bet to, is the same day you find delivery of tomorrows newspaper today - it will never come

... in SA it’s more like 121%, incl of tax, the punter has to beat!!

I have listened to the broadcast - and in theory it makes sense, but in practice the 'ideal race' may only present itself once a year - if that - a 4/1 favorite is rare and to find one in a 12-horse field even more rare
