Weekend options and ante post.
4 years 2 weeks ago - 4 years 2 weeks ago
Good morning all and it appears we are all getting a doze of Covid as numbers rise and the vaccine roll out drags on.
I did an early morning delivery at 6.00 and it was rather nippy.
Don’t want to discuss the Government and have recently increased my high blood pressure tablets.
Have been taking plenty vitamin C meds and starting to look like the Oros man.
As far as Punting, I am sure we all did well yesterday and could double up today at Fairview where the hotties can arrive again, first 2 favs look hard to beat.
Euro football starts tonight with France the 5/1 fav, top scorer where Kane and Lukaku top the boards around 7/1.
We have Ascot next week where a few stars will be on show, Palace Pier, Battaash and Stradivarius the likely bankers.
As far as this weekend, good racing from Greyville to firm up July betting but the poor show comes from the WOA team for lack of transparency with their July decision, although the bookmakers continue to drift.
Looking a bit further into the future the ARC, Snowfall is a weak fav at 5/1 after amazing Oaks performance but at this stage no champs as per previous years.
Except for the announcement of Betfred coming on board all other racing appears in limbo.
Our friends come back on Saturday and I am looking for something to keep me busy, I take the neighbours child to school as from Monday, to give Mrs S a break in the mornings.
CV
Many years experience in manufacturing industry, was works director of Grinel for 25 years, have been running major plants in motor industry, can run a pub and slots.
Productity improvements was my specialty.
Money not the criteria, just want to keep my mind active and contribute to society and give Mrs S a bit peace and quiet.
Humble Tune makes racetrack appearance on Monday, so only available from Tuesday.
I did join a yoga class, they asked how flexible I was? I replied can only work weekends.
Good Punting
I feel the Government and Racing need a master plan to give the punters some hope
