30 minutes for this show is far too long, and Nino is unfortunately a poor speaker.

I think these shows are going down well but I do agree 30 minutes is way to long and dragged out,I started to watch and after a minute realized I’m not spending the next 30 minutes of a working day watching.

Longer shows are fine for the bigger meetings (once weekly), James Goodman gets the whole meeting and exotics covered in 7-10 minutes... Must admit to never having watched any of the longer podcast shows, even the ones i upload to my channel (SA Horse racing)

IMO

if you are interviewing tipsters, best just to get to the point as they have done their homework and don't necessarily have to share the details.

I would prefer quick comments from trainers .

Any shows longer than 30 mins with exception of July etc are heavy going .

I personally prefer the 30 min podcasts, I do only watch though after I have done my own studying and gives an extra boost as to validation as what I found and the reasons. Furthermore gives an indication as to how the tipsters thinks etc. Yes time consuming, but I do find a element of learning there in. At least with the Nino podcast, the tips are displayed upfront, and if you are a follow of him, you can jot down and move on.

Must say, as a newbie punter to the game ( since 2019 ), these podcasts, ABC platform discussions, the race comments ( PeterD, Frodo, etc ) has really helped me understand a lot about racing, and l have learnt a lot more than just following the CF and Citizen tips blindly, and the odd inside tip at the Tote. To an extent whereby I enjoy the racing as a spectacle whether I have bet on or not.

This thread has morphed into a discussion on podcasts - each to his own imo, I prefer the in-depth discussions to the shoot-from-the-hip shows - but as I say, to each his own

Youtube facilitates chapters by editing a video in this tutorial - support.google.com/youtube/answer/988457...rs-to-a-progress-bar

In the description of the video:

03:00min - General Comments
04:00min - Analysis

Clicking on the time interval will pop the scene. These oaks are in the stone age.
