STILL NO JOY WITH HOLLYWOODBETS

I have been battling myself stupid to make contact with Hollywoodbets for a very, very long time and after an intervention by someone a few days ago I just got an SMS from Hollywoodbets instructing me how to forward my Fica documents to them.

That's not really what I wanted to talk to them about, but I nevertheless forwarded the required documents on the 1st of November and asked for them to confirm receipt of that URGENTLY.

It's the 4th today, and still not a word from Hollywoodbets. How is it possible that such an organisation's communication and accessibility could be so utterly incredibly poor?

Bottom line: I have STILL not been served. What now?
