I bought shares in a filly owned that was raced by Smith and I had not renewed my Racing Colors and the filly raced , then myself and a Singaporean who had also bought a share , we never received our payouts for when the filly placed and turned into a huge debacle if I remember correctly the woman that sold me the share was Prinsloo and I might add when I tried to contact Smith never took my calls .

What ever happened to the horse En Gee Oh?
Was there not illegal going on with that horse? Racing the lap?

If you remember Nhra would not change the Rule for Robert Khati to ride in a feature .
Lerena was suspended before noms or acceptances where even out .
Again I ask why The Fortune saga has not been Heard .Few-stories doing its rounds .
I am not having a go at anyone personally .
Just Jeckyl and Hide have double standards .
I know they read this and will they have the Ba..S to reply to these questions ..

Back to the fraud case- if NHA cannot help legal action must be taken and the correct punishment must be imposed. Courts don’t take lightly to Fraud in any manor!
