Not sure it's a good thing for the tote to keep raving about horses paying R1.40 and R1.50 when most punters are taking 9/10 and evens .
This is the norm these days both local and overseas.
I feel for the long term benefit for the tote they should drop the scroll on win and place bets and just promote exotics.
