I'd be wary of banking Captain's Ransom, all her heroics was against her own sex, when she recovered to win from hopeless positions. Against the male counter-parts, nor so sure she can repeat those heroics when the chips are down. She could win this, just don't believe she is a certainty.

Gobsmacked, last run was around the Turffontein turn, so going around the Greyville bend, she shouldn't be lost. From a decent draw and with her gate speed, hoping she can get on the rail for nothing. Really believe she will take a power of beating.

Bless My Stars, on breeding she should have no issues getting the extra. Listened to the post race interviews after her debut win, appears to have gone into that race with lots of issues, and still won comfortably. Whomever beats her wins this race.

Marina, besides being well-in, a repeat of her last effort in Grade 1 company, and she should win this. Probably the best bet on the card.

Tomorrow brings down the curtain on another successful Champions Season with the running of the Marshalls World of Sport Gold Cup race meeting at Hollywoodbets Greyville that will feature 4 Grade 1 races in addition to the MWOS Gold Cup.

The horseracing industry is set for another massive boost as this race meeting is further elevated by the fact that it has been classified as a World Pool event by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, which boasts the largest Tote pools internationally. World Pool will inject millions into the pools of the Win, Place, Swinger and Quinella (boxed Exacta) from races 2-10 as these bet types are commingled into the Hong Kong pools.

In addition to this, South African punters will also enjoy a R500 000 carryover in the Mercury Sprint (Race 6) Quartet which is expected to reach R3 Million. The Pick 6 will have the biggest boost with a massive R2 Million injection that will likely see this pool reach R12 Million.
