Have the NHRA screwed up?

......have no beef about the new trainer....it is his own money and his "passion"/ determination to become a trainer and has thus far purchased some fair sorts and wish him well.....however it seems that his path seems to have been somewhat fast tracked as this thread detailing the genesis of his journey is a mere 25 months old.....as I was informed some years ago by the then Jockey Club that in order to become a trainer, besides the financial criteria that one had to be "officially" indentured to a trainer for a minium of 2 years and that any prior unsanctioned experience would not count at all.... 
I'm sure that Mr Pandaram's "trainer" status could only be published in the next NHRA notification calender and is only due out tomorrow....but the question remains how long was he officially indentured as a licensed  assistant trainer/ stable employee before being granted a training license.....huh  

.....combing through the NHRA past registrations is messy.....but strangely enough he was 1st registered as a stable employee for a yard in KZN....but the registered trainer seems to not have trained from it.... a very forward and capable connected chap indeed......or maybe just a typo by the the powers that be....but with the right kind of pull everything is possible......huh
