Singapore (PGI) Carryovers - Can The Operators Reply

I have asked on numerous occasions where does the carryover pool amounts for Singapore goes to or when does it get added to a future pool.

Its the first meeting of 2023 and there is a carryover amount of 21k for Race 9 Quartet. When will this carry forward amount get added in.

Can the operators please reply.
