Just on the de Melo / Lerena rides - I don't think de Melo necessarily gets the preference - I think it pretty much boils down to the horse and who has been riding it in work

Does not take a genius to figure out that this is quite a competitive card in general - 7 Handicaps :huh:

For me to end the day on a high I'm going each-way Vava Vegas in the last - dropped 5 points in the ratings and now also gets Geertsen - so another 2.5 kgs - which means he will be receiving 9 kgs from Cian - also has a favorable draw down the straight - not saying he can beat Cian - but at 66/1 one can't get hurt

Another that I'm quite big on at a decent price is Alula's Star in the 7th - drawn towards the inside though, so Cold Fact from a better draw is the main danger imo
