The problem is that PE has nominations long before other centre's.....not sure why they are different?

They have nominations so early because the jockeys who must be flown in have requested early nomination in order to properly plan. Whether their ability to plan and the length of time from noms to racing is still as much of an issue is debatable.

seems to me  those TOP 2 stables should be capped on the #  of horses per yard.

small fry trainers -  bottom 10 sure do need a few more horses before they BAIL OUT the game
