HW deposit down :(

deposit made 915am only for call centre to be told issues with deposit please wait 60min,


come on HW the day has not yet started and we already have issues.

Next will be Gallop TV...
Biggest day and the betting traffic and volume a surprise... I have got at least 6 people to open HW accounts this week ... ffs

i can deposit using vouchers but the site says tournament unavailable for todays racing.... frustrating

Dev, I am an IT Disaster Recovery specialist (3 decades worth including AWS Azure and Google Cloud services) .... maybe you should let me evaluate your IT systems sometime.... just saying . An outside perspective is always 20/20 vision.....

This repeated failures on big days is really frustrating for your customers.

It's all over the place....
Sometimes you can see a race but the next is unavailable then the horse racing section nowhere to be seen.
And when you finally select a bet it won't let you take due to some excuse.
How many years has this been going on for?
They know the problem yet they not capable of sorting something out for the big day.....so so disappointing yet again.

Trust me, GallopTV streaming is a joke !! Cannot handle a stand alone UK meeting without freezing .... Is strange I can watch UK streaming channels and Sky Oz racing channels absolutely glitch free .... to be fair.... 4racing.tv is very good and a far better quality picture than Galloptv ... 4racing has a few 'sticky' moments but when connects continues from where it stuck... Gallop unfreezes smack in the middle of a chariot race 10 minutes later
