Catering at the Vaal Racecourse

Does anyone have a reliable contact the Vaal Racecourse. I have been dealing with two men who are incompetent at best and plain useless at worst.

I host an annual race day at the Vaal and in the past the owners of Calvin's bar would cater. This year we have new people but completely unreliable.
