Also I heard there was some fancy bets for the scratched horse, so this has actually cost these guys money...

Now Niko half defended the stipes saying that Khumalo said wait with four to load, and never said again... I'm watching and the last 4 loaded pretty quickly and from behind you could clearly see the handler still trying to help Bling

So I don't think bling was to blame

I remembered Harry Angel having issues in the starting stall when favourite at Royal Ascot and Hong Kong was punting into the pools. The Hong Kong stipe then said in Hong Kong and even in Australia it would have been scratched. Subsequently British Racing Authority did amend their rules. More importantly its in IFHA.

This horse was clearly riderless at the start of the race and should have been declared a non runner according to IFHA rules which South Africa is part off. What will be the response of Mr Moodley in relation of IFHA rules regarding the start.
