R3, fancy Cabaret. See there is support for Tokyo Princess into joint 2/1 favourite. Their last runs over1600m and 1400m respectively, on times that day, they both finished many lengths behind others. They both appear to have run in slow run races. Based purely on today's draws and weight differences, if Fourie can get away okay and control the pace, think he will stay on and win. It is sometimes difficult to quicken off a slow pace and i am hoping the 2.5kg swing in Cabaret's favour is the difference.

Kotzen runners seem to be flat today. I bankered Ticking Bomb but not so hopeful now. May well get upstaged by the stable companion Analytic.
Think Cabaret didn't get the best of starts and had to tuck in behind. Horse did exactly what they expected, hung to the right, in this case, the middle of the course and had nothing to come.
I wouldn't be put off Ticking Bomb, think it will run a good race from a decent draw.
