Why was this video leaked?

Who would benefit.

Did they manage to test it or did Paul Peter do a good job in emptying the packet so as they couldn't even find a trace to test?
If they did manage to test what was the substance?

I thought his vest was holy...its cost has been fully amortised and there is no question of wear & tear.

Vanish for the vest and an eye test for me
