@Bob, I assumed that fact vs fiction was self-evident in this post but clearly I got it wrong. What a storm this tread caused on social media and the comments that I have read on WhatsApp groups were priceless. Needless to say that majority of those that believed this story, were starving for content! Apparently, by mid-morning yesterday, the Chairperson of the NHA had to draft and release a memo to all employees of the NHA to confirm that Vee Moodley had not resigned. Apparently, the phones of the NHA did not stop ringing yesterday morning with the NHA being inundated with calls from the public, operators, bookmakers, press, and every other man and his horse in the industry. I can only conclude from my post yesterday that, as surprising as this sounds, people have no idea what Vee Moodley actually looks like. They may also be blissfully unaware that 29 May 2024 is a public holiday in South Africa for the General Elections. Most importantly, it needs to be reiterated that the IEC has SFA to do with the NHA. WTF!!!! Are people this gullible or have they completely lost their sense of humour?
Clearly there is a need to publish Vee Moodley’s photos so that people know what he look like vs Bongani Cibi, the independent candidate whose photo will be on the ballot paper in Gauteng….don’t spoil your ballot paper on 29 May 2024 because you “see” Vee Moodley’s face on it and cross off his face. After doing some research over the past 24 hours, I can confirm from research that when Vee was born, he was suited up before he left the Noenatal care unit of a hospital that was located on the doorstep of Clairwood racecourse. Ever since that day, Vee has never been seen publicly without a 3-piece suit. How on earth could anyone mistaken a person in a golf shirt for Vee! Vee was also recently spotted on the golf course at the Eye of Africa teeing off with his 3-piece suit.  I tender my apologies to all and sundry for my posts under this thread.
