Any ideas why such shallow fields up in jhb? New season 6/7 runners in field then scratching decimate fields even more, surely powers that be shud be doin something, once  again the Cape leading the way even week day meetings they pack the fields

Why would any owner want to risk running anything good on the concrete  (and it will probably get worse into September) - on the other hand those who take the risk reaps the rewards ...
