Why is HW Bets not offering Quartet bets for UK on the site?

Over the last 2 weeks or so, I have observed that Hollywoodbets is not offering Quartet bets for UK race meetings - where the Tote has local pools/ co-mingled pools for quartets. Whether the quartet is taken with HW (they match), or using the yellow tab, to take on the TOTE. I have notified them twice with same response, "Will escalate to supervisor and give you feedback". None such so far. 

Is there a reason why? 

Thanks to one of the HW managers for calling me and explaining the situation. It's to do with pools, carryover payouts on the tote, liability to HW, and soon they will work on a solution. I understand and respect that. Satisfactory response.

What is hard to understand is why there is a payout and a carry over dividend when there is clearly no fractional betting on the tote .

Hi. I have noticed that as well. Should there be a carryover, shouldn't the payout be the full pool and then the carryover amount? i have seen many dividends that are seemingly incorrect recently

Its not worth it to play Quartets in the UK and Ireland.

The Quartet maximum payout can only be whatever the pool reached in their currency. So if the pool reached £1500 in the UK, the maximum payout is 1500/1 in whichever currency you playing it.

Although you taking the Quartet for full unit, 

For example 4 horses boxed for R24 for full unit, you actually playing a percentage in UK currency. You getting around 4% from what I have gathered. You need to take the bet for R576 to get the full unit in UK currency pounds.

The Trifecta is a better option at the moment.
