Wsb winning quartet not paid

Please advise. 
I got 10 percent of the Dundalk Race 2 quartet. 
Tote results shows the total pool of R10000 as carried forward. 

They've canceled my winning bet and not paid a cent 
​​​​​​Can they do this?

This is a common occurrence amongst sa bookmakers , close your account and move on

Unfortunately these bookmakers have Carte Blanche as to what they do and how they do it.

There are no repercussions, from my previous experience..

I even took a case to the MER and they are just as bad.

Sorry bro 10% of the pool is a good bet.  Would they have refunded you if it was a losing bet? Who knows?

In races when no dividends are declared winning and losing bets are refunded

I didn't know that something like this was possible. 

Wsb did give me a R1000 voucher as some sort of compensation.
