Dear Betway

I made an OZOW deposit at 8:14 this morning.

It is not reflecting yet.  The live chat takes for ever to answer and when they did I sent the POP and they tell me I have to wait upto 48 hours??

how is that possible given that OzOw is supposed to be instantaneous.  The agent said it timed out when it did not. Then said to me there's nothing you can do and it's 'unfortunate'. . 

Very disappointing. Apologies to all for posting a complaint here but am not able to get any peace.
