Calling MR Fundi's

So based on this ..... what did Direct Hit run ti?

Not claiming to be a fundi at this, but MR's are not based on times. The juveniles get a rating after 3 runs, i think. Therefore i would imagine Direct Hit has no rating at this stage, but after it's next run, win or lose, it will in all probability be over 105.

My 2 cents worth.

Imo .... juveniles are notoriously hard to rate (speaking for mysef) - but I think that one can't really compare the times (even conceding that the time-keepers are correct) as the Gimme a Prince race was run quite a few hours later than the juvenile race (so wind and course condition may have changed); I would hesitate giving Direct Run a rating before subsequent runs by WInter Snap / Wild WIld Green ....

Direct Hit was very impressive and is one to follow for the season. 

Ridgemont have a few smart juveniles on their hands already.

Royal Kingdom did not exactly frank the form yesterday finishing a moderate third to a first timer, albeit the first timer WAS backed to win

Regarding the Diadem stakes, Gem King's merit rating was raised to 106, but on Wednesday he is still running off a 101. Should be some value at 15/4.
