Were we robbed ?

 

......I certainly believe so.....but then again the later objection surprisingly went my way so why complain..... but for how long can these inconsistencies carry on....huh 

I remember some time ago there was an objection on the photo finish ,which was upheld . Honestly at the line I knew my pic6 was in the dust bin as I didn't have Muzi and if you follow the camera man think he thought Muzi won it as well.
After looking at the photo I think the nose of the  horse on the inside is passed the first line and Muzi's horse's nose  on the first line.
Think the Judges did get this right even though I thought they got it wrong . .
 

......a dead heat at the very least....never seen a crappier photo finish picture than this.....a half winning stake on the longshot could have made all the difference to my play on that day.....

I was also on track and the photo was shown on a massive TV screen and I was also sure dead heat was best case for the winner.

One Party very unlucky 😕 

.....the officials cannot continue to rely on luck......what if they gave it to One Party based on that piss poor picture.....
there would have a riot.....there are outcomes being bent to try and satisfy who knows who....like that later objection.... had it been a different jock on top a different outcome....I lose a small P6 payout but say the stipes got it right.....and then lumped my baby on Legend of Arthur for a better payday.....

I heard on the TV that they acted "pro actively" when they made the decision ...............   

.....methinks they do too much acting....and not enough actual action.....it is a very poor disorganization and at the very least needs to be restructured.....

Seemingly with the HD image it was possible to call a winner... IMO if you need to start using microscopes, it's too close to separate

I though they use the Wimbledon system to look at photo finishes. On the below pic even thought the number 8 jock bum and head and horse bum are in front the number 4 horse nose is in front on that pic. Jockey on 4 is stretched out. Anyways that is my minority report.

.....then why not make the HD image available instead of fobbing off the media and racing public with this rather dubious copy.....
 

I think the public &  Bayern were robbed.........   DEAD HEAT    should have been the call........   made no difference to me -  never had a bet !

Photo  finish was  shown to Trainer Fanie before announced and he said he was happy,  so much else can be done
